THIS ONE IS FOR YOU NAPOLI

Napoli is a whopping 19 points clear at the top of the Serie A table and is currently on course for a historic title, their first since the 1990 season with Diego Maradona. They are also in the quarterfinals of the champions league with a favourable matchup against AC Milan. There is no better story in world football and to now, no better team this season.
You never want to say that anything is guaranteed but it’s looking awfully good for Napoli in the Serie A title race right now. The club from Naples are top of the table by a massive 19 points as they go in search of their first title since the legendary Diego Maradona season in 1990. But could they possibly go one stage further and add a Champions League trophy to the cabinet? Something, not even the great Diego Maradona was able to do for the club during his time.
There’s an argument to be had that Napoli is the best team in Europe right now based on form. This is even more impressive when you consider their offseason this past summer when they said goodbye to top players Kalidou Koulibaly (Chelsea), Lorenzo Insigne (Toronto FC), and the club’s all-time top-scorer Dries Mertens (Galatasaray).
If they will continue to go as they are doing so now, they will break Serie A's points record reached by Antonio Conte's Juventus, 102 points, in the 2013/14 season.
But what about Europe? Famously, Juventus reached two Champions League finals in the middle of the 2010s but couldn’t quite get over the final hurdle. No Italian team has won the Champions League since Jose Mourinho’s Inter Milan in the 2009-10 season, and none have reached the final since Juve in 2017. Can Napoli buck the trend? They just might be able to when you look at the Champions League draw.
Napoli will take on AC Milan in the quarters and if they move on, they will play the winner of Benfica vs Inter Milan in the semi-finals. Napoli fans could not have asked for a better draw. The other side of the bracket hosts Chelsea, Real Madrid, Manchester City and Bayern Munich. Talk about a lopsided bracket.
Led by the incredible attacking duo of Victor Osimhen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, I believe Napoli will be in the finals of the Champions League and I can see them winning it. No one can slow down this dynamic Italian side right now. The fact that the finals are a Super Bowl-style winner-take-all, I think that favours Napoli even more. Napoli currently has the third-best odds of winning the champions league at 7/2. Considering the top-two betting favourites Bayern Munich and Man City face each other in the quarters helps Napoli’s chances even more.
